The two government sides agreed to accuse me for the 2003 and 2004 killings of two military assets, Romulo Kintanar and Arturo Tabara. Thus, the Dutch police started in 2006 to collect testimonies from false witnesses provided by the Philippine authorities.

US ambassador to the Philippines Kristie Kenney is blatantly lying by claiming that she was merely invited to witness the aborted signing of the Memorandum of Agreement on Ancestral Domain (MOA-AD), that she was ignorant of its contents and that the US government had nothing to do with the GRP-MILF peace negotiations nor with the controversial MOA-AD.

The Arroyo regime's sinister ploy at pretending to talk peace with the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) and draft an agreement designed all along to fail has been laid bare. The deceitful, scheming and vicious regime has further intentionally and maliciously induced anti-Bangsamoro chauvinism and upheavals with the instigation of Arroyo's allies and their paramilitary forces, and is now following through with outright military offensives against the MILF. The Arroyo regime has all along been interested only in deceiving the MILF and riding on the controversy raised around the Bangsamoro homeland issue to justify the revival of moves to amend the constitution of the reactionary government in order to extend its hold on power beyond 2010.
